Confirmation email
Immediately after completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email includes:
- The date and time of your lesson
- The name of your teacher
- A link to join the lesson online
Reminder emails
You will also receive two reminder emails before your lesson — one 24 hours before and another 1 hour before. Each reminder contains the link to join the lesson, so you can easily find it when you need it.
Joining the lesson
At the scheduled time, click the link in your email to open the lesson room in your browser. No specialist software is required — the lesson runs entirely in your web browser. Make sure your camera and microphone are working before you join.
What to prepare
- Have your instrument ready and in tune if applicable
- Sit somewhere quiet with good light
- Test your camera and microphone a few minutes before the lesson starts
- Have a pencil and notebook handy for any notes
Your teacher will be in the lesson room at the scheduled time. If you have any trouble joining, check your email for the correct link or contact support.
