How payments are taken

Card payment at the time of booking

All payments on MusicStudio are taken at the time of booking by credit or debit card. You will not be charged separately after the lesson.

Secure payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment provider trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are handled securely by Stripe and are never stored on MusicStudio's servers.

No cash or direct bank transfers

All lesson payments must be made through MusicStudio. Please do not pay teachers directly by cash, bank transfer, or any other means outside the platform. Payments made outside MusicStudio are not covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

Receipt by email

You will receive a payment receipt by email after each successful booking. This confirms the amount charged, the teacher, and the lesson date and time.

Payment currency

You are charged in your selected display currency. MusicStudio supports EUR, GBP, USD, and several other currencies. You can change your currency using the selector in the website footer.
